Chateau Šatov sro produces in the immediate vicinity of the painted cellar. For the first time we presented our wine in 2010. The annual production is about 4,000 bottles, which you can only buy in our winery or via our contact form on the website. We are not represented in the wine trade or gastronomy.


The estate covers 4528 m2 of young vineyards. Our village is located between two geological areas, which no other wine-growing area in Moravia can claim, which is why we only use grapes from this unique area.


In the future, we only want to use grapes from our own vineyards, which are managed according to the principles of organic farming. We respect the soil and all living organisms of our vineyards, as these are the highest good we have. In order to protect our vineyards from diseases and pests, we only use natural enemies and herbal preparations - no unnecessary chemistry.

Traditional methods

In our winery we process the raw material with as little interference as possible. The wine is mostly made in the winery and we can not worsen it in our cellar. Since we are a small and still young winery, we have no pneumatic presses, winegrowers, controlled fermentation or the like and are convinced that you will be pleasantly surprised with our wines. We give you a piece of our heart.
